Blue Bonnet Studio Time 2012 Registration and Enrollment

Attention: Everyone attending BBST-2011 vowed to return in 2012, so it is very important that you sign up as soon as possible.

Summary:

By following the directions below, you will be able to register for Blue Bonnet Studio 2012, enroll in classes, and make payments. Please print this page and read it before proceeding. Enrollment in classes is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Registration and Enrollment Steps:

Step 1:

  • Download the pdf file (BBST2012_Registration_form.pdf)
  • Print it
  • Fill out the entire first page of the form, i.e., the 'Registration Form' and 'Class Selection' portions on page 1.
  • Mail or fax the completed/signed form to the contact information contained in the file. Your registration is not yet complete!

If your first class choice becomes unavailable you will be placed in your second choice, unless it too is unavailable in which case you will be placed in your third choice (see kit fee policy above). Your completed form MUST be signed and dated below the statement 'I release Blue Bonnet Studio, LLC, ...'

Step 2:

ONLINE PAYMENT AND CLASS ENROLLMENT IS AVAILABLE, as well by phone, email or fax! Bluebonnet Studio, LLC no longer stores credit card information online. Google Checkout has been added to the payment options for those want immediate purchase with a credit/debit card.

  • For online payment and enrollment proceed to the online store by clicking here. By using the online store, you will be able to complete all of the following tasks:
    • Pay the registration fee
    • Select and purchase classes, class kits, and in the near future needle arts supplies!
    • Purchase extra banquet tickets

    There are two checkout options:

    • Regular checkout; or
    • Google Checkout, where you will be required to setup a separate user account. When you are at the cart, just click on the icon below to process the order further with Google Checkout.
  • To fax or mail payment and enrollment fill out all other portions of the BBST2012_Registration_form. Mail or fax the completed two pages to the contact information contained in the file. Your payment must include the highest kit price of your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for each set of selected 2-day or 4-day classes. You will be contacted by Blue Bonnet Studio, LLC to finalize your class choices. A refund will be sent if there is an adjustment in the kit fees.

Registration and Class Kit Refunds or Adjustments:

For those unfortunate students that register only to discover they can not attend we have the following time restrictions associated with the refund:

  • July 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011: 50% of combined registration fee and guest banquet tickets.
  • October 1, 2011 and beyond: NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE.

For cancellation by the student, refund of kit fees must be negotiated with the appropriate teacher.

If a class becomes unavailable you will automatically be placed in your second or third choice (see Step 1). Placement in your second or third choice invokes kit fee reconciliation as follows:

  • If the kit fee is less than the first choice kit fee you will receive a refund equal to the difference.
  • If the kit fee is greater than the first choice kit fee you must pay the difference.
